Today I needed to talk to the manager of the Tantra Lake apartment complex. So I walked around Tantra Lake to see her in her office. Since that took me by the lake, of course I took my camera.
I’m glad I did, because I was able to take pictures of bullfrogs here for the first time since I got some long telephoto lenses.

As much as I love frogs, I love turtles even more. As I walked over the bridge to the office I happened to see this one sunning on a rock.

We’ve had rain almost every day for the past several weeks. People are evening calling the weather “our monsoon season.” But today is warn and sunny in the 90s. That’s enough for the frogs and turtles and me to get out.
