Lately I have been eating a lot of beans. They are an almost perfect food for people with diabetes, because they have a lot of protein and so little effect on our blood glucose level.

Double-Blind Studies

Like everyone who has diabetes, I have other ailments too. Right now it’s my back.

The pills that I am taking for the back pain that started right after Thanksgiving – naproxen – are supposed to help reduce the pain and the inflammation. Years ago, when naproxen was still available only by prescription, my doctor had me take it, and it seemed to work then. I got better then and I am getting better now too. [Read more →]

Foot Saving Gadgets
